課程概述 Course Description
領導心理學：理論與實務領導不僅是權力與責任的展現，更是一種心理的影響歷程。本課程透過探討領導者與追隨者間的互動關係、心理歷程及行為反應，內容包含： (1)權力的本質與悖論；(2)中西方領導理論；(3)文化與領導實務等，以培養同學瞭解自我領導、團隊領導及組織領導等現象，並展現出社會有貢獻的正向領導行為。
