課程概述 Course Description
領導心理學:理論與實務領導不僅是權力與責任的展現,更是一種心理的影響歷程。本課程透過探討領導者與追隨者間的互動關係、心理歷程及行為反應,內容包含: (1)權力的本質與悖論;(2)中西方領導理論;(3)文化與領導實務等,以培養同學瞭解自我領導、團隊領導及組織領導等現象,並展現出社會有貢獻的正向領導行為。
