課程概述 Course Description
本學期之經濟行政法專題，領域主要針對行政程序法之基本概念原理與民營化法、民間參與、政府採購法等相關主題，從理論架構之理解建立到實務判決之批判。複習行政法並訓練同學解決問題之能力，培養研究經濟行政法之興趣和能力。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
