本學期係以憲法與刑事法（含實體法與程序法）之關聯問題作為上課討論對象，學生可選擇相關議題(尤其大法官釋字的評釋)作報告。如經上課老師同意，亦可選擇其他報告題目。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
