課程概述 Course Description

在廠商追求最大利潤、消費者追求最佳價格的浪潮下,全球經濟正加速整合。國際貿易對相關貿易夥伴國家的福祉的影響將是越來越深遠。但是牽動一國福祉的國際間貿易的合作與談判,卻甚受政治力所左右。因此,本課程主要討論的國際政治經濟議題,有以下方向:(一)經濟成長與經濟政策,主要探討為何東亞四小龍成為新興工業化國家,而拉丁美洲國家卻停滯不前?政府在此扮演何種角色?鑑往知今,我們要怎麼看待「金磚四國」的預測?(二)反傾銷法的遊戲規則和因應之道;(三)中國政經情勢;(四)國際經濟組織簡介;(五)自由貿易與政治遊說;(六)國際代工貿易對就業的影響。
