課程概述 Course Description

近年來對於筋膜的構造與功能方面的研究大幅成長,對於整體治療的觀念也越被重視,針對筋膜的操作治療與運動治療方法理論與技巧也不少。本課程主要以介紹筋膜系統的構造與功能,對人的生理病理影響機制及應用。並強調身體的整體性觀念,從而探討身體一些慢性疼痛,如頸肩痠痛,網球肘,媽媽手,膝痛等評估與治療。治療前的評估方法與治療的操作技巧並重,藉由完整雙手實作的練習,確實了解筋膜正常與異常的差異。更進一步,融合物理治療的專業知識,才能達到全人治療的臨床實踐。
In recent years, research on the structure and function of the fascia has grown substantially, and the concept of holistic treatment has become more and more important. There are also many theories and techniques for the treatment and treatment of fascia. This course is mainly to introduce the structure and function of the fascia system, the mechanism and application of human physiology and pathology. And emphasize the body's overall concept, to explore some of the body's chronic pain, such as neck and shoulder pain, tennis elbow, mother's hand, knee pain and other assessment and treatment. Both the pre-treatment assessment method and the treatment technique are equally important. With the practice of complete hands-on practice, the difference between normal and abnormal fascia is known. Furthermore, the integration of physiotherapy expertise can achieve clinical practice for holistic therapy.
