課程概述 Course Description
在現今高度競爭且瞬間變動的經濟環境下,對資訊科技的有效運用已經是企業成功的重要關鍵之一。近年來以資訊科技創新應用為主軸的公司屢見不鮮,如Google, Apple, Facebook, Alibaba等; 另外,利用資訊科技來提昇企業競爭力的例子更是族繁不及備載。資訊科技除了能促進並加速企業創新,同時能夠改變知識的創造、管理、傳播與轉型。本課程除了介紹現今最新的資訊科技,包括大數據、雲端運算、人工智慧/機器人、物聯網等,更重要的是探討它們如何協助創造企業的價值,同時提昇企業的競爭力。藉由本課程,同學將學習在設計business model或撰寫business plan時,將相關的資訊科技創新納入評估、做戰略運用與投資分析。主要課程的內容:1.資訊科技創新: 評估、戰略運用、投資。2.創新之擴散。3.大數據與雲端運算: 技術介紹與企業戰略價值之創造。4.人工智慧/機器人: 技術介紹與企業戰略價值之創造。5.物聯網: 技術介紹與企業戰略價值之創造In the current, relatively unstable economy— which is both highly competitive and dynamic—effective management of IT is essential for any firm’s success because it improves the firm’s strategic value. In this course, students will learn cutting-edge information technology skills, including cloud computing, data and process mining/CRM, etc. They will also learn to appreciate the role information technology plays in facilitating value creation.
