課程概述 Course Description

本課程介紹半導體記憶體之元件結構、製程技術、基本電路設計原理、封裝測試與可靠度分析。含蓋範圍包括揮發性記憶體(SRAM及DRAM)、傳統非揮發性記憶體(OTP, FLASH)及未來非揮發性記憶體(RRAM, PCM, MRAM)。教學方法主要分為四個部份:(一)由微電子所老師介紹記憶體元件設計(二)由 VLSI/CAD組老師講授記憶體電路及設計(三)由產業界(力旺電子 / eMemory)教授記憶體晶片設計與測試實務
This course introduces semiconductor memory's device structure, process techniques, fundamental of circuit design, package and testing and reliability analysis. Memory includes volatile memory (SRAM and DRAM), non-volatile memory (RRAM, PCM, MRAM). Teaching methods mainly contains four parts, including (1) Professors from Graduate Institute of Microelectronic Engineering introduce design of memory device. (2) Professors from VLSI/CAD introduce design of memory circuit. (3) Teachers from industry (eMoemory) introduce design of memory chip and testing in practical.
