課程概述 Course Description
一、教學目標 細胞生物學是了解細胞內部構造與功能的基本學科,本課程目的在使學生於既有的生物學基礎上,對細胞之結構及功能有更深入及有系統的瞭解與認識。 1.介紹細胞運作的基本原則。 2.現今生醫研究的概況。 3.啟發學生對於生醫研究的興趣。 二、教學內容 Course Description 細胞為構成所有生物體之最基本單位,經由對細胞的生物特性的研究,可以瞭解基本生命現象運作系統。其內容包括瞭解細胞之基本構造、生化功能,如何運作使得細胞表現生長、攝食、感應訊息、運動、代謝和生殖等基本生命現象。本課程包括細胞膜的功能結構、胞器的功能結構,細胞內外物質運輸、細胞訊息傳遞、細胞骨架與運動、細胞分裂、細胞周期和細胞分化與死亡。並加入細胞生物學的研究方法與技術的簡介,並闡述細胞學研究最新之進展及應用,使學生對研究細胞生物學有基本的知識。Course Objectives Cell biology is the basic discipline for understanding the internal structure and function of cells. The purpose of this course is to enable students to have a deeper and systematic understanding in the structure and function of cells on the basis of existing biology. 1. Introduce the basic principles of cell operation. 2. Overview of current biomedical research. 3. Inspire students' interest in biomedical research. Course Description Cells are the most basic unit of all living organisms. We can understand the basic life phenomena operating system through the study of the biological characteristics of cells. Its contents include understanding the basic structure of cells, biochemical functions, how to operate such that cells express growth, feeding, sensing information, exercise, metabolism and reproduction and other basic life phenomena. This course includes the functional structure of the cell membrane and organelles, the transport of intracellular and extracellular substances, cell signaling, cytoskeleton and movement, cell division, cell cycle, cell differentiation and cell death. It also introduces the introduction of methods and techniques in cell biology research, and describes the latest developments and applications of cytology research, so that students have basic knowledge of cell biology.
