課程概述 Course Description

本課程除了近代半導體太陽能電池元件之基本原理傳授外,還包括各種半導體太陽能電池之基本光電特性,並探討半導體太陽能電池之設計概念及應用實例介紹。以期刊論文為題材進行討論,以了解半導體太陽能電池的最新技術與進展。
This course introduces the history and fundamentals of Photovoltaic device based on semiconductor materials, photoelectrochemistry and emerging Solar Cells technologies. We will focus on the materials development and characterization techniques applied in this field.
