課程概述 Course Description

本課程乃以本系大學部生物化學實驗之各單元內容為版本,教導實驗之相關準備工作,實驗操作上需注意之地方,及如何帶領修課學生正確的進行各實驗。

課程學習目標 Course Objectives

  • 訓練學生熟悉基本生化儀器操作
  • 藉由實驗瞭解蛋白質等大分子物質之分離純化方法,以作為未來生命科學研究之基礎
  • 以實作的方式來驗證理論之基礎
