課程概述 Course Description
在目前強調團隊共創、公民社會、跨域治理的脈絡下,「參與」不再是單向的資訊傳遞或單一的規劃過程步驟,如何規劃與設計參與,促進參與者在過程中的彼此認識、啟動對話、建立共識建立、規劃行動與促進協作等,乃當代規劃師需要具備的核心職能之一。本課程以概論的形式,從空間規畫專業需求的角度切入,系統性地針對參與設計領域中目前已發展成熟的學科及應用取向來進行簡介,透過團隊動力、參與科技、服務設計、和社區參與四個主題模組,協助同學從內部的團隊建立開始,開始探索跨尺度、跨領域的參與設計理論與方法,透過講義授課、課堂實作、以及專案執行,協助同學以經驗學習的方式,透過做中學來深化學習成效。本課程亦透過業師參與課程教學,導入當前最新之技術與工具,擴大規劃專業與跨領域參與設計業界之連結。Public participation is no longer a one-way informed process in contemporary society where partnership, civic engagement, and transdisciplinary collaboration are highly emphasized. How to plan and design participation to promote understanding, dialogue, consensus building, and planning collaborative actions among stakeholders has become a core competence for planners. This course is an introductory course for participation design from the perspective of spatial planners. We will incorporate the related theories and methods that have been developed in the profession of the Group dynamic, Service design, Technology of participation and Participatory planning. Through four modules, students will gradually learn how to design participation from small-scale team building to large-scale community participation and policy discussion. Through lectures, in-class practicum, and group projects, students will develop deep-learning through hands-on practices. This course also introduces the latest technology and tools by inviting practitioners as guest lectures to expand the link between planning professionals and participation design-related disciplines and industries.
