課程概述 Course Description

土地開發前,擬定防洪排水管制計畫,為防洪減災重要的工作,且明訂於水利法之中。本課程結合理論與數值模式,透過實際案例的探討與實作,進行開發區域之排水實務設計,分析開發前後水文與地文之變化,規劃合適的削減洪峰流量方案,以減少土地開發造成的洪災衝擊。
Before the land development, the outflow control plan was drafted as an important work for flood control and disaster mitigation, and it was clearly defined in the water law. This course combines theoretical and numerical models. Through the discussion and implementation of actual cases, this course helps students to practice drainage design in the development area, analyze the changes in hydrology and geography before and after development, and propose appropriate flood peak reduction schemes to reduce flooding caused by land development.
