課程概述 Course Description有機化學（一） 1.Structure, Properties and Recutes, Stereo chemistry, Molecular orbital is correlated with the structure and physical properties. The principles of chemical interaction are interpreted by means of chlorination of methane. Stereoisomers are specified, and their physical and chemical properties are correlated. 2.For Alkane, Alkene, Alkyne physical & Chemical properties are classified & correlated and to the structure. For each family, the preparation and reaction and analysis are taught. The reaction characters is demonstrated in term of the donation of pi electron. 3.Alkyl halide and Alcohol and Ether:The physical & chemical properties and their correlated syntheses and reactions are introduced. The type and mechanism of nucleophilic substitution /elimination are demonstrated by means of the reaction of alkyl halide. 4.In principles of IR, NMR and Mass are demonstrates. The relationship between spectra and the structure of a molecule are interpreted using many examples for different family or class of organic compounds.

The physical & chemical characteristics of aromatic compounds. The sulistituent on aromatic influencing the reactivity and the onentation are shown and interpretted by the intermediates. For Aromatic-aliphatic compounds. The mutual influences hetween aromatic and aliphatic segments are explained.
