課程概述 Course Description

介紹國際關係之基本概念與研究發現,探討國際政治學界針對國際體系之特質,國際行為者之構成與行為,以及主要國際關係理論的主要立論,進行廣泛性之引介,並評介當今國際體系的重要議題,構建對國際關係進行深入研究的基礎。希望透過此一課程,培養選讀學子能適當理解國際現象的最基本能力。
This course is divided as 14 parts: 1.Subject:Introduction of the problems、questions in subject fields and the methods of preparing for research. 2. The role of Taiwan international in the period of last four hundred years. 3. The conception of China in the international relation. 4. International system and the balance of power. 5. National sovereignty and the legal role state in the international relation. 6. International organization and multinational enterprise. 7. The pursuit for national power and nation interests. 8. Foreign policy and diplomatic relation 10.The change and development of international law. 11.The cause of international war and the keeping peace. 12.International economics issues. 13.Regional cooperation and regional integration. 14.The political and economical relations of Taiwan-China in the international arena.
