課程概述 Course Description

The aim of this course is to introduce fluorescence protein (FP) methodologies in various research areas. The general background, history, and current update of FPs will be described. Fluorescent protein-facilitated applications will be introduced. Combination of the expression of FPs in living cells with fluorescence microscopy imaging will be included in the laboratory.
