課程概述 Course Description
本課程為「藝術學分學程」實作課程之一，教學內容包含：使用者中心設計（同理心測試）、D立方-Discover/Develop/Deliver設計流程、體驗設計與服務設計流程（顧客旅程）、商業模式及品牌創意工程。本課程以工作坊密集的訓練，由任課老師搭配業界專家「師徒指導」方式執行。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
