課程概述 Course Description
本課程為「藝術學分學程」實作課程之一,教學內容包含:使用者中心設計(同理心測試)、D立方-Discover/Develop/Deliver設計流程、體驗設計與服務設計流程(顧客旅程)、商業模式及品牌創意工程。本課程以工作坊密集的訓練,由任課老師搭配業界專家「師徒指導」方式執行。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
