課程概述 Course Description

本課程從海洋事務觀點介紹海洋資源,包含海洋生物資源保育、海洋永續能源開發、海洋水資源利用、海洋礦物及油氣資源開發等,探討台灣及全球在海洋資源之管理、相關政策及法制。
This course introduces the development of marine resources, including living resources, renewable energy, ocean water resources, and marine mineral and oil resources. Global marine policy on marine resources will also be presented with implications on current management practices.
