一、政治之意義與價值，權力正義與知識正義，政治之雙面容 二、分析政治現象之基本理論，結構功能論，政治系統論，菁英論，團體論，整合論，衝突論，階級論，決策論，公共選擇論，物質論，心靈論，其他理論 三、統治者與人民，政治與人性，各種政體，民主與憲政，現代憲法與社會契約，憲章與憲律 四、 統治組織，政府，內閣制，總統制，混合制，中央政府與地方政府，我國之政府體制 五、法律之意義，制定法，習慣法，條理法，法律之適用 六、政黨，政黨之分類，爭奪權力與政黨競爭，政治中立，政黨體系，利益團體，我國之政黨政治 七、 公正之選舉，各種選舉法制，人民之政治參與，投票行為 八、 公共政策，政策過程，政策規劃，政策決定，政策執行，政策評估，政治考量與專業考量 九、政治文化，政治文化之多樣性，政治社會化 十、政治發展，政治發展與政治衰退，政治發展之困境，政治發展之危機 十一、意識型態，各種意識型態，政治思想與政治行為 十二、國際政治與兩岸關係，外交政策與兩岸政策之衝突，台灣之困境與抉擇課程學習目標 Course Objectives
