課程概述 Course Description

此課程設計在質性研究的架構下, 著重EMBA同學們實務經驗與理論之間的辯證。 課程裡會有個別的實務經驗分享、個案撰寫與理論詮釋。
This course is structured to equip students with a clear understanding of what qualitative research methods are. The course will introduce students to the characteristics and various approaches to designing and conducting qualitative research projects in business and management research. Students will gain hands-on experience in qualitative methods and analysis techniques while carrying out a research project related to their area of interest. Particular attention will be paid to the iterative process of dialectics between theory and experience of students, allowing knowledge towards theory and practice to be developed.
