課程概述 Course Description

科技的進步帶來了大量的生物資料,如何從這些資料獲得有意義的訊息變的非常重要,但也非常有挑戰性。本課程旨在闡述分析各類型生物資料的計算方法,主要著重在分法論本身。希望透過學習這些已開發的方法,我們可以提出新的計算方式來分析生物資料。
Recent technological advances have resulted in tons of biological data, and making sense of these data is extremely important and challenging. This course is designed to illustrate the various computational methods that have been developed to analyze distinct biological data. We will focus on the methodology of computations, which may further motivate us to develop better algorithms for analyzing biological data.
