課程概述 Course Description

本課程旨在針對統計系大學部學生循序漸進介紹資料科學的導論,教導及訓練大學部同學具備基本的程式設計能力,並系統性地教授資料科學的核心基本技術與原理。本課程為一學年之規劃,上學期(一)以Python程式語言為基礎,傳授程式設計之基礎,訓練學生以系統性、邏輯化之思維來分析問題,並透過Python實作出基本解法,藉此具備程式化運算、資料儲存與處理之能力;下學期(二)基於所學Python,將更著重在資料導向程式設計,其課程重點有三:(1)教會學生運用各種資料分析的重要套件、提高程式設計開發之效率,並介紹互動式與視覺化資料程式設計平台之操作,以及資料庫系統的基本概念;(2)傳授程式設計上最常見的資料結構與演算法,讓學生具備為真實問題設計演算法並分析複雜度的能力;(3)教授資料分析實務,透過實際資料分析之應用實例,讓學生學會並具備使用套件來進行資料分類與預測的能力。
