課程概述 Course Description

實習重點在於法定都市規劃與方法學。本課程接續都市規劃與設計實習(三),進而討論如下三個單元:1.都市發展預測,2.都市發展構想,3.都市發展計劃。

課程學習目標 Course Objectives

  • 以通盤檢討後的之計畫範圍進行基地之挑選進行不同主題實質開發計劃操作
  • 透過實務開發的訓練,檢視都市計劃通盤檢討內容之適宜性
  • 訓練同學對於開發相關法令、市場分析預測、產品定位等開發計畫內容之操作
