課程內容包括:DNA複製、RNA轉錄及後修飾、蛋白質轉譯及後修飾、基因體學及蛋白質體學、分子生物技術等五大主題。使同學瞭解分子生物之中心信條:DNA複製、RNA轉錄、蛋白質轉譯之原理及其應用。
