課程概述 Course Description

蛋白質是生物體的基本組成之一,蛋白質為生命體的結構及催化反應重要關鍵成分。此課程為生物化學研究之基本入門課程之一。第一部份探討蛋白質的結構及研究方法。第二部份探討酵素動力學酵素催化反應的機制及酵素反應的控制。
Lectures are divided into two parts. First part discusses properties and function of proteins as well as the biochemical methods to study them, second part discusses enzyme kinetics and its control mechanism.
