課程概述 Course Description

本課程將藉由聯合國秘書長每年三月向聯合國大會所提出之「海洋及海洋法」( Oceans and the Law of the Sea )年度報告書（Report of the Secretary-General）或其後同年度所提出之增補本（Addendum）之大綱與內容，使學生明瞭國際社會實踐中所展現之海洋事務內涵及範疇。

  • Giving the concepts of marine policy, law/ordinances, and management of the sea
  • To enlighten students on studying appropriate marine issues
