課程概述 Course Description
講授物理治療常見的發展遲緩與發展障礙的評估與治療,例如:早產兒、腦性麻痺、唐氏症、脊髓發育不全,及其他一些骨骼肌肉系統異常的疾病;理論與實際操作並重。This course provides lecture and practicum which cover a wide range of topics related to the knowledge and practice of pediatric physical therapy, including a brief review of motor development and contemporary theories for motor control and learning, general introduction of assessment tools for children, evaluation and treatment for most prevalent pediatric diseases or disabilities, device/equipment for the children with special needs and the role of physical therapist in education settings.
