課程概述 Course Description
公共衛生的實踐與許多實務導向的專業一樣，首先要設立清楚目摽，接下來要擬定有效策略，反覆調整與持續深耕，最後達成預期目標。那麼，公共衛生與其他專業有什麼不一樣？關鍵在於公共衛生追求的目標與理論架構與其他專業不同，因為不同的健康決定因果論述會決定不同的實踐策略。由於大多數同學對於及病史三段五級預防醫學架構較熟悉，因此本堂課將會花較多時間介紹影響健康因素的層級觀，尤其著重影響健康的中游(組織社區)與上游(政經結構)因素的認識。再者，不同時代的健康決定因果論述也都會受到當時代的社會文化與政經環境所影響，所以我們也要有歷史觀，開闊自己的眼界與觀點。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
