課程概述 Course Description

本課程分為兩個部分:一為晶體生長,另一為晶體物理、化學性質分析。分別探討晶體之形成機制、外觀形貌、表面晶面、晶體之均勻性、晶體之交錯生長、多晶體之形成等概念。接著介紹晶體成長之技術、磊晶成長及晶體之缺陷與特徵。最後介紹常見的晶體物理特性與化學性質分析方法。
