品管法令、規章、政策、品管之應用技巧、品管制度建立、實務、個案研討,產品及製程的設計及改善,田口式品質工程及可靠度工程簡介,統計品管軟體示範。

課程學習目標 Course Objectives

  • 介紹全面品管及六標準差的實施模式。
  • 探討工業界應用統計品管(含SPC及 DOE)手法改善產品及服務品質之實例。
  • 透過實作(量測及彈射實驗)及工廠參訪使學生了解如何將所學應用在實務上。
