課程概述 Course Description

Exercise is known as “activity that is performed or practiced in order or improve a special power or skill, or bodily exertion for the sake of developing and maintaining physical fitness”. Prescription is “ the written direction for preparation, compounding, and administration of a drug or other therapy”. This class will focus on the various components of exercise prescription. Beside, this class will teach students how to setup an exercise program, including the consideration of the person’s health status, illness or impairments. This class will also teach students how to take into account for environment because hazards in the environment may affect exercise performance and results.
