## 課程概述 Course Description

"統計"的研究範疇包括資料的蒐集、分析與解釋。當我們的研究方向是醫學或公共衛生等健康相關領域時，所應用的統計就稱之"生物統計"。本課程介紹生物統計基本概念，包括資料描述、常用統計指標、機率概念介紹、常用機率分佈、信賴區間、假說檢定、平均數的比較、聯列表分析、無母數分析、相關、簡單迴歸等。此外，本課程介紹各種統計方法的使用時機，訓練統計軟體操作，最後利用報表解讀來回答生物統計相關問題。

## 課程學習目標 Course Objectives

• 1.使學生了解研究者必須依據研究設計之不同，作不同統計方法上之考量。
• 2.回顧基本之統計方法與統計方法選擇原則，並能了解決定研究樣本數之各種統計參數。
• 3.使學生能夠了解各種常見多變量統計方法。
