課程概述 Course Description
本課程主要是闡述以藥物治療神經精神疾病之原理與應用。神經系統是體內運作最複雜、功能最廣泛及最易受損系統，神經系統受損致疾時有所聞甚或嚴重危害生命，舉凡現代社會常見之神經退化性疾病、憂鬱症、癲癇等皆是肇因于神經系統後天失常或先天缺陷的疾病，因此認識藥物基本知識，特別是理解治療神經及精神層面失常藥物之作用機制及其副作用有其必要性，學生具備此方知識可以為未來進行與神經系統相關聯之學術研究、臨床醫療、乃至新藥開發累積根基知識及厚植應用實力。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
