課程概述 Course Description
本課程包含兩部分:質能平衡與輸送現象,目的在於提供非大學部本科系之研究生在化學工程學科?質能平衡?與?輸送現象?基礎概念與應用。開課對象包含外籍研究生,故此課程採英語授課。1. Mass and Energy Balance a. Introduction to chemical process (3 h) b. Mass balance with and without reactions (6 h) c. Energy balance with and without reactions (9 h) 2. Transport phenomena: a. Momentum transfer (12 h) Overall and shell balances Boundary layer and turbulence b. Heat transfer (12 h) Modes of heat transfer Heat transfer with phase change c. Mass transfer (12 h) Diffusional mass transfer Interfacial mass transfer Analogy of momentum, heat, and mass transfer
