課程概述 Course Description

我國民法第三編物權，採物權法定主義，屬強行規範性質，對特定物之管領具排他的支配力。物權行為之無因、獨立、公示原則，除保護權利人外，並保障物之利用及交易安全，促進社會經濟發展。本課程分民法物權編（一）、（二）於上下學期以講義授課，內容包括理論講授及實務案例說明。
