課程概述 Course Description

立體化學這門課是較深入地探討具有不對稱之化合物 ,這包括:1) 此類化合物之命名;2) 如何對其混合物進行光學分割及如何計算其光學純度;3)如何利用NMR及化學方法解析其立體化學;4) 不對稱反應及合成之策略與方法。
