課程概述 Course Description

生物化學(一)中文摘要如下: 生物化學(一), 包括兩大範圍: (1) 自然界20種胺基酸的物理和化學性質, 蛋白質的一級, 二級和三級結構, 蛋白質的分離純化和活性分析. (2) 自然界4種核酸和4種去氧核醣核酸的物理和化學性質, DNA和RNA的生產,代謝及功能, 最後討論基因工程及其應用.
