課程概述 Course Description

本課程提供一個極為重要，但公衛界不熟悉或被忽視的政治經濟學分析法，試圖解析上述以及其他種種與健康、疾病及醫療相關的議題。課程分兩部分，第一部份討論(1)一般政治經濟學的歷史發展、內容及重要觀念，以及(2)資本主義社會分析。第二部分則以政治經濟學方法討論、分析公共衛生相關議題，包括：醫療、醫療產業、醫療人員、衛生制度改革、健康與疾病的社會建構，老人健康、工人健康與環境污染與全球化。

  • 分析台灣的食品不安全事件、署立醫院弊案、護士荒、雲林麥寮六輕火災工安等事件
