瞭解知識管理概念、分類、理論、發展與學習方法。闡述組織知識管理模式與架構。研討組織知識管理策略規劃與知識管理程序。探討組織知識管理導入流程、實務與個案討論。
Understanding knowledge management (KM) concepts, classification, theory, development and learning approaches.Discussing organizational KM models and frameworks.Exploring organizational KM strategies and KM processes.Studying how to use information technologies to implement KM systems and case studies.
