課程概述 Course Description

服務業的重要性已凌駕於製造業,服務成為一重要的設計議題。為了提供使顧客感到滿意的貼心服務,應該將服務焦點放在顧客的潛在心理,以同理心與顧客真誠應對。本課程授課內容包含:服務定義、服務業特色、服務產業沿革、創新服務方式、服務業管理、服務業競爭策略、服務分析法、網路服務模式,期透過課程使學生思考創意的服務方式,並以嶄新的手法打破傳統產業運作模式,提供更符合顧客需求之服務方式。
The importance of service industry has exceeded that of manufacturing industry, service has become a critical design issue. In order to offer the customers satisfying and thoughtful service, the industry’s focus should be on the customers’ underlying psychology. The students should respond to the customers with sincerity and compassion. The course involves service definition, service industry characteristics, service industry development, innovative service methods, service management strategies, competitive strategies, service analysis, and network service models. We expect students to bring brand-new and creative service methods to satisfy customers’ needs instead of traditional operations.

課程學習目標 Course Objectives

The course aims to develop students’ strategic thinking toward service-oriented and user-centered business principles in the era of creative economy. Students will learn about how entrepreneurial principles are integrated in the business model and to create added-values for the users and the cultural/creative businesses. Students will learn and reflect upon the key concepts of "service design" and "creative economy" through seminar presentations, discussions and case studies.

To develop students’fundamental understanding of the key concepts of service design and creative economy.
To cultivate students’observational and analytical abilities of the service design models in the creative sector.
To develop students'holistic thinking of service design and business strategy.


本課程目的在於開發學生在創意經濟環境下,對於「服務設計」的新思維與實踐方法,跳脫傳統偏重實體產品開發設計的單一思考,轉為以策略性的觀點,以消費者為中心,整合企業資源發展全方位的服務提案。本課程內容包含核心概念與個案研討等兩大部分: 核心概念中包含服務經濟與創意經濟, 服務業競爭策略, 服務導向設計, 服務分析方法等, 並將創意事業管理,創意產業市場/行銷, 創造性消費等概念融入'服務設計'的主軸思考中。學生將透過案例解析以及服務事業計畫的開發, 探討如何透過服務設計的創新, 提供更符合目標與現代消費者需求之服務方式,並為企業創造永續經營之契機。

培養學生對於服務設計與策略管理的根本思維與概念。
發展學生對於創意產業中創新服務模式的觀察與解析能力。
發展學生對於服務創新策略與事業發展的全觀思考能力。
