課程概述 Course Description

微生物實驗課為本系大學部三年級之必修課程中,親手結合微生物學中之理論以及實質操作的實作型課程。 自98學年度起,本系即開始推動一系列的課程更新與調整,所有的實驗課程,已不同於以往是由助教帶領,而是改由本系專任教師親自帶領所有課程的進行;同時,在每學期實驗課程開始之前一個月,即必須開始訓練研究生小助教,以及提前測試新學期中所需之所有菌種、試劑、生化生理反應、所需儀器與器材的檢驗與測試,期望在開學之初,所有參與實驗課程的小助教已經具備有一定程度的基本學養與實驗進行與領導學生進行課程的能力。

課程學習目標 Course Objectives

在學生小助教參與完整的微生物學實驗教學課程後,可以培養出:
1.熟悉整個學期各週每一個微生物實驗的內涵、安全性、與實驗步驟;
2.熟悉學期各週實驗課開始前之前置作業,規劃提前作菌種活化、藥品、培養基的配置與確認的工作。
3.在技術本質學能熟練之外,帶領小助教有領導各組學生正確執行實驗、疑難解答能力的培養與確保實驗可完整、安全進行的能力。
