課程概述 Course Description

管理之基本原理、規劃的本質與目的、組織之本質與目的、部門劃分、直線與幕僚之職權關係、任用之性質與目的、管理者的選用與評估、管理者的發展與訓練、指揮的本質、意見傳達和領導能力、控制的程序和技術、整體績效的控制、個案研究。
