課程概述 Course Description
以刑法總則為授課對象，由授課老師教授相關學說與實務看法，並引導學生參與討論。培養基礎刑法思維能力。預計依序教授的主題：1.刑法體系學習導覽 2.故意作為犯之構成要件該當性 3.故意作為犯之違法性 4.故意作為犯之罪責 5.其他可罰性與追訴條件課程學習目標 Course Objectives
