課程概述 Course Description
本課程旨在應用經濟學的研究方法來瞭解醫療照護體系中相關決策者的行為,以及分析健保政策下醫療照護體系的資源配置。本課程的重點將分為以下四大部分來介紹健康經濟學中的內容主題:1) 介紹醫療需求的理論及服務價格對於需求的實證研究; 2) 介紹醫療市場的不確定性、逆向選擇與道德風險的概念; 3) 介紹醫療保險的理論及探討台灣健保制度下對醫療服務需求者和供給者的影響分析; 4) 探討醫療服務供給者的特性及政府管制的角色。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
希望修完此課程同學,有能力1. 瞭解個體經濟學的基本原理如何解釋健康照護的議題。
2. 透過閱讀實証分析的文獻和案例討論,能應用健康經濟學的理論到消費者、醫療服務供給者及保險人行為的研究。
