課程概述 Course Description
瞭解知識管理概念、分類、理論、發展與學習方法。闡述組織知識管理模式與架構。研討組織知識管理策略規劃與知識管理程序。探討組織知識管理導入流程、實務與個案討論。Understanding knowledge management (KM) concepts, classification, theory, development and learning approaches.Discussing organizational KM models and frameworks.Exploring organizational KM strategies and KM processes.Studying how to use information technologies to implement KM systems and case studies.
課程學習目標 Course Objectives
1.瞭解知識經濟重要性，以知識管理為基本原理為出發點並以創新方式探討與剖析基本原理與應用方法。2.善用知識管理的理論在實務的應用，探討KM流程，針對策略、定義、獲取、創造、分享、移轉、利用與儲存，使知識能產生最大價值。
3.結合知識管理個案與模式，兼顧理論與實務，使同學對企業知識管理有深入了解。
