課程概述 Course Description
介紹品管圈活動、全面品質管理、計量與計數值等各類管制圖原理及應用實例；製程能力分析，並對計數值、計量值、連續型及逐次之抽樣檢驗計劃作深入的探討與介紹。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
Introduce various statistical quality control tools and techniques including various variable and attribute control charts as well as sampling plans, which are necessary skills for a quality professional.
