課程概述 Course Description
營建工程為國家經濟的動脈,營建管理則為控管營建工程的鎖鑰。當今的公共工程或民間建設,種種營建弊端此起彼落,皆因管理不當所致。水利工程屬於營建業的一環,本系學生修習本課程後,具備有營建管理的基本概念,畢業後從事營建工程時,可提昇工程品質、確保人民生命及財產的安全,提高國家的競爭力。課程內容介紹:1.概論 2.工程規劃及施工計劃 3.招標程序及投標原則 4.營建工程契約 5.要徑法及計劃評核術6.工程估價 7.工程機具 8.糾紛與仲裁 9.品質管理課程學習目標 Course Objectives
