課程概述 Course Description
以系統程序解析工程之規劃、設計、建造及營運。包括用經濟或社會觀點建立問題之分析目標，及透過數學優選分析求得最佳解決方案。主題有：系統化之工程程序、系統模式、經濟分析、風險評估、微積分優選法、線性圖、線性規劃、敏敢分析、網路分析、計劃評核術、非線性規劃、動態規劃、多標的優選法、決策分析、系統模擬。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
工程師在規劃、設計或經營一工程系統以解決問題時，不僅需處理技術問題，亦需體認社會目標，並將之融入工程計畫之規劃、設計、施工及營運當中。故工程師欲善盡專業的社會責任，應具有多層面的觀點與訓練，從而運用其判斷以行決策，並承擔決策施行後之責任。實際執行須以系統觀點對問題進行解析，所學習之系統程序為：首需對此問題之發生環境與限制條件有所認識，據此建立相關的求解目標以確立問題；其次，明確定義出問題並予以模式化；再同時考慮不同的替代解決方案，從中選擇一最佳方案以付諸實施；最後進行考核、檢討與修正。課程進度 Progress Description
