課程概述 Course Description
本課程討論現代保險制度之法律與實務議題，包括保險之意義與基礎保險制度之原理與原則、保險人、被保險人、要保人、受益人、保險代理人、保險業務員之權利與義務，以及人身保險與相關財產保險之相關法律規範內容、與再保險制度等等，使學生對保險法與保險制度，有一完整的認識。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
1. 使學生能描述現代保險業與保險契約之特色。2. 針對保險契約，使學生能說明保險契約關係人、輔助人間的相互關係，並能清楚表達。
3. 使學生能利用保險法學的知識，評估保險契約在現有法制下的利弊缺失。
4. 使學生能辨識現代保險法學所面臨之法律問題，並能提供自己的意見與看法。
5. 使學生能運用保險法規範於實際法律問題，並得到適當結論。
6. 使學生能以書面或口頭方式，將所獲結果與同儕及教師溝通與呈現。
7. 使學生能透過小組討論展現團隊合作能力。
1. Students would be able to describe the characteristics of contemporary insurance law and related issues.
2. Students would be able to explain and illustrate clearly the contracting parties of insurance policies and related personnel.
3. Students would be able to utilize insurance law and to evaluate its merits and deficiencies.
4. Students would be able to identify related insurance law issues and to furnish their own opinions.
5. Students would be able to apply insurance law to business reality and obtain appropriate and pertinent results.
6. Students would be able to communicate results in written or oral form to classmates, teaching assistants, and the instructor.
7. Students would be able to demonstrate esprit de corps (team spirit) through teamwork.
