本學期民法課程將接續上學期課程部分，自權利變動部分開始依序進行，以法律行為之成立與生效要件階段依序進行，將整個民法總則作完整介紹。課程學習目標 Course Objectives
對民法總則重要議題與趨勢之掌握對法規範（法條、學說、判決等）之分析、正確適用
使同學具備基本的法律思考與解決問題能力
