課程概述 Course Description

解說如何以周延的觀點構建系統並分析問題，觀察系統因子互動的現象，包括影響系統收歛與發散的關鍵狀態、變數與時間。

課程學習目標 Course Objectives

1.  教導學生分析問題時對所界定的封閉系統抱持開放態度。
2.  教導學生以狀態(State，Level)，流動(Flow)，門檻參數(Criteria，Converter)以及因果關係圖(Causal Diagram)，構建所欲觀察與分析的系統。
3.  透過系統操作，了解影響系統收歛與發散的關鍵因素，以及系統工程師如何預作防範，掌控系統使其不致於發散而無法收拾。
4. 學習情境分析的方法與步驟，如何經由情境進行分析決策。

4系統方法與解決問題之思維；由上而下因應主控問題的邏輯
5如何尋求較佳解決問題的方法與比較得到較佳的答案：系統模擬：油價、電價的變動與影響
6系統動態軟體特性：時間與空間因素之表達方式：台灣車輛持有與GDP的關係
7系統模擬與系統動態：尋找脫鉤負面影響的方案
8動態模擬與建立因果關係圖
9期中考
10透過系統方程式表達變數、狀態因果關係：圖形的說服力
11援用商用軟體進行系統動態模擬：強化學習的效率
12變量數值模擬：敏感度分析，篩選關鍵因素
13情境分析的概念：正交設計，取代複雜的情境組合
14情境分析的步驟：找尋戰略與戰術焦點
